Breakfast was really nice and tasty, the owner was really nice, I asked for slices of bread and he chat to me like a friend not like a visitor at his hotel, the lady manager was very very friendly and welcoming so is the lady waitress and the older guy waitress, overall nice place ,the view is to die for ,I would recommend and stay there again.I THANK YOU FOR THE WARM WELCOME the chapmans hotel and conference.

The breakfast was good, exactly what we asked for. I would have like a room with more of a sea view I had room 17, perhaps next time another room. We met the owner and he is an exceptionally friendly man. Portia who assisted us is fantastic and friendly as well. Well worth a visit and stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately there was no water on the morning but apparently a municipal fault. Breakfast was good but table cloths were very dirty.
